  • Free time - take a nap, read a book, scribble in your journal, hit the hot tub, walk barefoot in the grounds, try out our retro arcade, or play some pool.

  • Exciting tasting experience with our in-house private chef

  • Dinner and free time

Saturday

  • Wake and Shake movement is medicine session

  • Breakfast

  • Beach walk and cold water dip or paddle

  • Lunch

  • Screensaver digital detox session to fengshui your mind

  • Free time

  • Inspirational talk from Rebecca Seal, author of Be Bad Better: How Not Trying So Hard Will Set You Free

  • Feel Fabulous evening and photoshoot. Wear your happy outfit and join us for a mocktail/cocktail and dinner. Return with a new headshot!

Sunday

  • Closing circle and intention-setting for the year ahead.

  • Farewells and check out by midday.
